Rule 43
Provisions relating to certificates
(1) A person who wants to work as a conciliator for the purpose mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act shall submit an application to the council in the form as per Schedule-12 for a certificate.
(2) Upon examining the application received under sub-rule (1), if it is deemed necessary to give the petitioner a conciliator's certificate, the council will issue a certificate in the format as per Schedule-13.
